One of the first test subjects before the comformation of the Size Departament was a earth pony mare from a far city of Equestria. The experiment was testing one of the first tries of the "Everfree Laboratories's Experimental Height and Mass Amplificator Potion" AKA in comercial terms as "Everfree Laboratories's Growth Potion, Macrosine" or just "Macrosine". Results ends up... very interesting.
