A gift for my friend  RyanMonkey . This was the result of a suggestion he gave me and I thought it was a cute idea, so here it is!

When your city is infested with criminal scum around every corner, a hero is needed to cleanse the streets. Not just any hero, it has to be one who can inflict shock and confusion on thugs in an instant. Because of that, this fearless individual not only sheds his clothes, but even his treasured diaper, for it would be too bulky to inflict serious injuries with.

Slipping into a tight, thin garment, this under-dressed hero will bring order back to the streets with his tighty-whitey justice. His undies will be talked about in legends for year to-
