I usually do pokemon OC's but I never did any real animals, alive or extinct! Meet my Dinosaur themed fursona, Runt. Despite his species he has a docile mentality towards humans since they are nothing but mere bread crumbs to him, making him a very friendly Meat eater! He does eat veggies... just dont put cauliflower anywear near his food he abhors it! Befriend him and he will protect you with his life! Basically he is just one big talking doggo! I forgot to mention that part! That crystal around his neck has an unusual property that can translate his voice into the language of the listener, meaning if you and a french speaking friend meet him and he speaks to you, both of you will understand him at the same time!
