the Battle of Angalmo, the battle that brought the Khaleko Republic of Suns into war with the Pelvfastero Collective after a surprise attack left its defensive navy and gun batteries completely destroyed, leaving the planet completely exposed to invasion for 3 weeks the battle raged on as the hordes of the Collectives minions tried to take over the planets biggest military base. However their efforts were strung out and torn away by the stalwart defenses of the KRS, who quickly set up a defensive position in and around the base. As the battle raged on into its final hours the KRS decided to activate a secrete weapon burried under the sands around the base, a massive flame spewing system that engulfed the surrounding area in flames, killing nearly every invader in one fell swoop. This move was able to buy the defenders on the planet enough time for the KRS to send in reinforcements from other systems, completely pushing the Collective off of the planet and out of the system.
