Elvis Stencil
I didn’t like this yesterday when I finished it, but then I got gutsy and colored in the face and hand. Never had I attempted filling in human skin with color successfully, and was a mite surprised at how well this turned out. I reckon the red paper as a base helped me out—I used Faber Castell colored pencils for the skin. It turned out better than I would have expected, the color, shading and even contouring of the facial structure (especially the nasal, zygomatic, and maxillary areas)
Like I explained before, I despise Elvis and his music, this was nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt at kissing my boss’ ass and schmoozing my way back into employment as I am nearing my 6th month on furlough.
I predict I’ll move this to scraps because I can’t stand to have the man, of whom made the toilet his last resting place, tainting my gallery with his presence.
