Little known fact: Murdock /does/ actually work out a bit. There are lots of reasons for his appearance, but he stays slender through Capoeira exercises!
Don't expect him to smack anyone, though. He's flexible and can move like crazy, but if you threatened him at all he'd just kinda shiver and fall to pieces. Poor li'l girly boy! All he needs is a big, strong man to keep him safe...

Nice! This is a cool pose and movement, but this is more akin to bboying (breakdancing) than Capoeira I'd say...in Capoeira, you're typically only allowed to touch the floor with your hands, feet, and the top of your head...anything else is usually perceived as having a lack of skill or just not pretty. =O That doesn't mean this pic isn't great though! It moves nice and looks awesome.
