Here they are, the hero and duo sidekick from the Prideful Descent stories: Captain Marine (left) and Aquos (right) .
They're powers mesh perfectly. Their partnership......not so much.

More on your designs, they are both lookin good! Captain Marine's hair looks handsome and pretty distinctive wi that slicked-back look combined wi those prominent, trimmed sideburns, the black contrasting the grey skin icely while making a pleasing arrangement of shapes. Aquos' looser hair here also looks nice while contrasting with Captain Marine's. I also like how both costumes use white and blue, but with different shades and arrangements.
I commend both your character design and TopgearAE86turbo bringing those designs to life.

WFA did a great job with Aquos, too. The blues now help make a nice contrast with Aquos' oranges. Another contrast is Aquos' new hair: Aquos' slicked-back hair looks handsome and even rather valiant on its own, ye the slightly loose way the hair i slicked contrasts with Captain Marine's more tightly-slicked hair.
