O.o you can eat that stuff, we have a ton of it taking over our yard . . . . stuff is hard as hell to control . . . . . we cut a bunch of them things down a week LOL Not like its helping at all . . . . eating bamboo . . . . . hmmm O.o

a. you should boil or steam it before eat, it tastes like baby corncob, maybe little more crunchy.

b. they grow on my yard and neighboring bushes.

c. only the soft core of it is edible, so you'll end up throwing out most of it.

yeah, kill them while they are little or they will grow into 20ft tall HARD bamboo trees in just weeks.
