This is a remake of one of my very first ocs I made, back when I was playing Pokemon G1. Of course it's not a complete replica, since my mind's still a little fuzzy on it. Still, the character has always been fascinating to remember. So with this remake, I tried to make him a little different but still true to the source material. I also made him a 2D sprite in the same style as the Red and Blue games, even having an overworld sprite with it.
