Hehe it's me as safer sephiroth. I call it "Latiroth"
Behind him is the strongest attack of him called: "Super Nova"
I loved final fantasy 7 so much i might thought how it will look like if latios and safer sephiroth combined togheter. So i asked MelanieX to make it for me as a request and she did and this is what came out of it.
