(The completed version of my redesign of Chill Woman, one of my fan-made Robot Masters from a while back (renamed for obvious reasons).)

Story (I'm still working on this storyline a bit): One day, Mega Man receives a challenge from a mysterious inventor named Matthew to compete in his upcoming Robot Fighting Tournament for a chance to win an incredible prize. Though hesitant at first, Mega Man agrees to enter after a show of support from Roll, Rush, Beat, Eddie, Auto & even Dr. Light! But there is something more to this tournament than meets the eye...

Icicle Woman is the third MWN series Robot Master (the first female of the line). She was built by Matt as a combat-type robot that specialized in swordplay, as well as having some capabilities for long-range attacks. She was constructed using an experimental Cryo-generator that gives her the ability to drop the temperature around her (up to a ten-mile radius) to -200°F if she wanted to. Because of how cold she is, her body is constantly coated in a thin layer of frost & ice, though all that ice doesn't really seem to slow her down at all. The scarf she wears around her face is coated with a special sealant that makes it freeze-proof, and keeps her icy breath from escaping. When she removes the scarf, it looks as though she's wearing lipstick, but it is actually ice that has formed on her lips.

She is a warrior through and through, always looking for a strong opponent. She never shows mercy in battle, and keeps fighting until her opponent has been...er, "permanently deactivated". Because of this, she was deemed to dangerous to let be, and Matthew had planned to deactivate her after the tournament was over, but she learned about this before he could, and defected to Dr. Wily's side when he showed up to take the MWN robots.

In battle, she has a very predictable pattern. She'll start by doing a high jump twoards Mega Man/Matthew in an attempt to bump into them, and then swings her sword to do extra damage (easily dodged using a slide/dash). She'll do this three times before jumping to the opposite side of the room. She'll then remove her scarf from her face to breathe a blast of icy air (jumping is the way to dodge this) After doing this, wether you dodged the ice blast or not, she'll dash at you in an attempt to crush you against the wall (another jump avoids this). If you've avoided the ice blast attack, there will be ice shards on the wall where the attack hit that will deal even more damage if you are hit with the dash attack.

After this, Icicle Woman will preform her super attack. She'll jump in the air up over your character and come crashing down sword-first in an attempt to impale you for massive damage (easily avoided with a slide/dash). But when she lands, her sword will send a freezing wave across the floor, up the walls & across the ceiling. This will make the floor slippery for the remainder of the battle, the walls too slippery for Matt to use his wall jump, and the cieling will grow icicles that will (eventually) fall down to do minor damage if they hit. What's more, if the ice wave hits Mega Man or Matt, their feet will be frozen to the ground (think Freeze Man) and will be unable to move for a few moments. After this, Icicle Woman will start her pattern over again.

Icicle Woman is primarily weak against fire-based weaponry, however electric weapons do decent damage as well. Upon defeat, she gives Matt the Icicle Sword (a melee-type weapon that freezes enemies solid) and gives Mega Man the Icicle Blast (a chargeable weapon that freezes enemies & creates damaging ice shards on walls that hurt enemies).
