“This ferocious beast is a type of werewolf. She used to be a normal werewolf. Human during the day, and wolf during the full moon. Except this specific kind of werewolf is slightly different. Every time she consumes or bites prey, she absorbs a little bit of the creature’s soul. After a while she found out she was changing into something that wasn’t quite wolf anymore.

At first, her insides started changing. You couldn’t see anything different from the outside, but she could feel the very cells of which she was made changing ever so slowly. Gradually, the periods in which she appeared as a wolf started becoming longer. And she realised she was no longer control over what she was changing into.
Right now her outside physique is slowly starting to change as well. There are barely any moments anymore where she even vaguely resembles a human. She doesn’t know that the final stage of her being will be, and the thought of it frightens her.

Maybe if she had someone else who she could actually trust, she wouldn’t feel so scared for the future. But she cast herself out from society, out of fear for scaring people too much.”
