H34DS, surprisingly, is a tech specialist of the team. He is responsible for heavy equipment, demolition and cyberware, though his usefulness in that area depends on the equipment he carries - H34DS is extreme body purist and decided against even minor, QoL augments. Despite being completely non-augmented, his size and rigorous training - slightly hampered by unhealthy eating and drinking habbits - makes him a formidable opponent in close quarters combat.

Maksim started off as a construction worker and heavy drone operator. Living humble and alone he quickly managed to create a small, privately owned company and worked as subcontractors with handful of employees. Although he always lacked trust for augments, breaking point came when one of the heavily augmented workers went haywire on his shift, creating a lot of property damage and almost killing half of Maksim's crew before being subdued by the drones he was piloting. This event turned him into total purist and also made him reach out for some force equalizers. He started training with guns and spending more time at the gym.

Independent construction sites were next on the Corpos plate and soon, with enough bribery and shady business, finding an honest job became a hard task for a non-aligned, small firm. Maksim, desperate for money due to large Corpo buying out his loans and demanding accelerated repayment, had his first gig as a hired gun when a corpo-mandated gang required a demoltion expert for a quick hit against their competition. He led a double life for a while, but soon his own worker confronted him about the equipment vanishing from their warehouse and promised silence in exchange for money. Mishka decided to have none of that, knocked the guy unconscious and fled the city after liquidating his assets.

He went pro as 'Concrete', becoming a full time hired gun, but soon troubles followed. Talked into first dose by other purist pro, he quickly got addicted to fiddling with dangerous drugs that temporarily made him faster and stronger, but also started wrecking him, both his body and his credit score. Approached by some shady gentlemen looking for money he owed them, he again started dabbling with underground, becoming a hitman known as 'Tluk' in addition to his state-mandated mercenary career. Spiraling down at rapid pace Maksim decided to vanish again, opting for a rehab that didn't really help, but at least there he replaced drugs with alcoholism and addiction to gourmet food, which would kill him slightly slower. After he got released from institution and his hired gun license was returned to him, he was approached by one of his old contacts for another job.

Concrete was supposed to break into a tech vault accompanied by two other pros. He quickly befriended the other guy, but was highly suspicious of heavily augmented vixen that was also assigned to the task. During the mission his new 'friend' proved to be a worker of the corpo they were trying to break into luring them into an ambush. Despite of that both hired guns managed to carry out their task and spent few days on the run from agents through the abandoned tunnels under the city. During that time they got close to each other, Maksim becoming greatly fond of vixen after learning about nature of her augments. After completing the job and getting their papers cleared by their employer, the two established Heads&Tails Duo and ever since work together.
