Good cultists are difficult to find. As a result, Canthus has a tendency to treat the few followers he does attract like rare treasures. His willingness to allow people to join and leave his flock at their own leisure means that many of them continue with their normal lives in spite of their corrupted state. Continuing to own property, pursue their own goals and maintain other relationships important to them.
To his most dedicated acolytes however the goat will sometimes make house calls. Often through use of a portrait gifted to them as a token of his favour, which can serve as a portal through which he can be summoned, or simply drop by for a visit!
This fantastic piece was done by
toks as part of their isometric rooms commission type, which I think came out looking absolutely fantastic!

Blackhorn Buck, who graciously allowed me to make a cameo appearance in his room here!
