Yeah. It's no wonder the good old USofA is no longer even in the top 10 of the world's education. I'm not even sure it's in the top 20. I remember back in the 1960s when the "modern" education system started. It was when the NEA I believe put out ads saying that education that required learning certain things was outdated and should be replaced by education in which students should learn only what they wanted to learn.
oh yes... education has always been the 'hot topic' and the only people who get shouted down in the argument is the conservatives. Way back in 76, I had a conversation with with the Superintendent of Schools in St. Petersburg. He told me bck then they had to get back to reading writing and arithmetic.

It took me a while to find tbe error. I was looking for spot the difference. I'll assume that the program to add letters over video was a new app and for smart phones so sometimes things get autoincorrected and changed right as you hit enter. Or they can splell as well as I can. The last possibility is it's Old English to pick up the voters who are even older than the candidates themselves!
