The Sea Wolf (or Eirich in his Man form), is crazed, poisoned by the necromancer, being guided out to sea by his Dragon Wife. She is desperate to get him into deeper waters to purify his mind and calm his rage so they can properly direct his power elsewhere.

I looove painting dragons, always have, but this one is absolutely my favorite. The Sea Wolf is my most prized creature design, and I've done many works with him featured, usually paired with his Dragon Wife, Faerlyn.
