Just a quick drawing thrown together of Melissa standing... well, somewhere windy, with a background that required the least amount of thought possible. I'd been wanting do draw her in a dress for a good while, so used this as an excuse to do so.

Ah, gotta love it when you accidently sort the submissions from newest to oldest and can't get it back again... completely forgot I forgot to comment on this until I encountered it aaaaall the way at the back of the list.
First of: that's one distracting background, but I already mentioned that :P
Other than that I am tempted to suggest some hair blowing around in the back as well to give it a bit more depth. You'd get three layers, one with hair, one with the face, then another one with the hair.
