Originally, I intended this piece to look like one of those vintage Halloween postcards, but I ended up giving it more of an "illustration" type of style. I even made a custom background layer to give it more of a splotchy, watercolor look. I would like to do another rendition of this piece as a postcard and another one with full color and shading in time for Halloween this year.
