The Haazinkujuu are the Guardians of a parallel dimension. They are what would've happened if The Pearl Keeper had fallen to the Tidebinder.

Due to Grimace's ability, the transportation of beings or objects between these two dimensions and others is possible, but random.

The world of the Haazinkujuu is somewhat similar to worlds in series like Berserk, Devilman, or Castlevania. It's essentially a reversal of what the Guardian's world is like.
