I just love the colours on this. :D Do you use the gradient tool for your shading, or is it entirely manually shaded? It looks very sleek and smooth. The touch of purple in the shading and also the necktie really pull this together. :D

It's all manually done, in SAI with the pen and airbrush tools

I've heard a few people mention this SAI software. The first I heard about it was a few days ago but it seems that quite a few people use it!
