Would make sense to me....
but in response to a comment below, commissions where the anthro version is the trainer of a pokemon version of the anthro, or another anthro are an interesting idea...

kewl! Yeah, well.. iggi is a lizard.. and well she does have a pouf on her tail!.. :P just like charmander. I kinda went for a charmander / ampharos cross overall. :P

Omg! This is BRILLIANT! She's so adorable! I like her final evolution the best, it almost looks like a dragon!
