I'm not sure I understand, since PDFs only take once to download, the same with the games, they don't require a fast computer to run or load because both of them are offline once you've downloaded them-- that's the benefit of PDFs and Ren'py games! You can also look at both formats on your phone.
(Also, the main comic is here on FA if you want? But, it'd be slower than reading the PDFs, i promise you)
