Still having issues getting my mind to really focus on things, admittedly. Truth be told, there were originally going to be more headshots in this pic, but halfway through the second one... Well, I got hit with a really bad bout of overthinking/second-guessing, as usual. It's frustrating, always doubting yourself on what you want, or not allowing yourself to take chances and try new things for one reason or another, be it fear that you're spending too much money on something you may not use as often as you'd think/at all, or your brain is always nitpicking one idea or another based on past experiences or preconceived notions of how other people will make fun of a certain aspect of an idea you hadn't thought of at the time, and so on and so forth. It gets harder when you can't really work these ideas out from a visual perspective either, when they're all stuck in your head and you have no real skill in art to bring them to life.

Thankfully, these sketches with  Amara_Burrger have helped with the latter part of this at least. Being able to see some ideas for what I might want to try as a fursona fleshed out rather than just being vague concepts in my head has gone a long way towards easing some of my misgivings about my own judgement and ideas when it comes to choosing a new fursona to try out. I know it's foolish to feel like I need to have one set fursona that's "me," that I can default to at the end of the day, and again that's probably just something I'll have to keep working on, but it's one of the things I deal with on top of my anxiety-driven feelings of self-loathing, second-guessing, and overthinking. That, and feeling like a basic bitch for wanting to try out the popular species like wolves or foxes.

But yeah, for this round of trying out new things, when I was able to settle on something, I went for a wolf, a fox (for a side-view of the "EBERRON!" headshot from last time), and a half-orc version of me because half-orcs are just awesome . I think that I like the wolf one the most out of this, it's very charming and rather beautiful- even if I can't help but wonder if my glasses make me look like the Big Bad Wolf dressed up as Grandma from Little Red Riding Hood, lol XD

Might be more of these to come as I keep experimenting with potential fursona ideas, we'll have to wait and see.
