What is Labyrinth OCT?

Labyrinth OCT is/was something called an Original Character Tournament which is a bracket-styled competition where you write stories about a submitted character and compete with other people until only a single winner remains! I joined Labyrinth with my char Forte, but lost in Round 4.

It can't be joined now (they are about to start the final round!) but the premise is the same across most OCTs! They are loads of fun. I like them because you get to meet tons of new people and form friendships, and create fun/cool/wacky stories. They are honestly a blast :)

Aha! I'd never heard of an original character tournament before. That sounds like a lot of fun, similar to the play-by-email world building my much younger self did waaay back when, though there was no competition there, just roleplay.
