Years ago, I started conceptualizing a setting for a sci-fi fantasy story which has come to be known as "Nexus Point". It is set in a planet known as Lemuria within the Andromeda Galaxy; its technologically advanced inhabitants took on the forms of, for lack of a better term, anthros. Anthros of all types, species, and all kinds of colors.
An implied plot refers to this: within the Nexus Point setting, these fursh lamuree (Lemurian people) have been traveling to Earth (there is a jumpscar that directly links the solar systems together and can be opened at any time without being detected). How else do you explain all those legends of half-human half-animal hybrids?
They live in cities just like ours and have taken a liking to English and the Latin script (obvious Starfox reference). However, they have not abandoned their own language, mainly modified it with loanwords from the few humans who knew about their kind, and have derived heavy influence from the way humans print. This script form is the result.
One must note that this is not the Printed Lemurian language as I envisioned; their set of characters directly corresponds to the letters of the Latin alphabet, with a few additional characters, since the English language is often used. So you'd probably see signs, advertisements, or TV done this way. This variant, however, refers to the phonemes used in Primal, which was developed by a friend of mine.

I did not like the way the script flowed together, and what better way to incorporate the language into the 'verse than making this alternative script? I reckon that the Primal language is a minority language spoken on Lemuria and that those already indoctrinated in the main script use a transitional writing system to represent all the phonemes in Primal. This is the aforementioned writing system.
Tell me what you think!
