This is a WIP photograph series of a tool I am working on and will be finished with hopefully tomorrow. It is a tool used for cutting hot steel while you hold it with a wire handle. The tool is meant to be struck with a hammer over the piece you are cutting.
I am posting this now in its raw form, because I fear that it may be the only thing I have to show in case of failure tomorrow.
It is forged from a small section of leaf spring.
