This is a quick edit I made to the Byzkza headshot SilverTarandus made for me. Just changed the color of the jaw under the mandibles to be black instead of purple.

I can't tell which version I like more, to be honest. Why the change? Artist error or just trialing?

It was an error. Originally his underbelly was black, but the artist made it purple when they thought that's what I ment by the color of his insides. The purple underbelly stuck with me but the purple on the jaw didn't. Plus both species he is a hybrid of dont have their underbelly color up on their jaw. Also, it's nice to see you commenting on my art Sally!

Oh! I do like the purple underbelly, I admit. Honestly, when an artist makes an error like that, I usually don't upload the error version though, haha! Even if I keep it.
Which species is he a hybrid of...? And I like creatures like Byzkza, what can I say!

I uploaded the error version to honor the original and to just show both versions since I'm still deciding which one I like more.

Byzkza is a hybrid of An Axzaharian and a dragon species of mine (specifically a standard class drake)

It's a bug species my friend made. I think I posted his discord tag on the sketch of my character if you want to ask him about them in more detail. Same goes with my discord if you have more questions on my characters and stuff (though my tag is on my profile)
