Well I've never been super great at them myself at least for larger sized ones (they kinda make me uncomfortable to draw/look at), but for the most part they often start out as two slightly different sized circles (for perspective) that I then erase most of the edges from (as seen in the pic above). On the boob that protrudes (like on the left side of the image) I take a straightish line from about the 1/2 way point up her boob and draw it up to where her armpit is.
