Heh, I've heard that rumor, but it's pretty baseless, so I can't agree with you there.

It wouldn't make much sense in the game, Kangaskhan's can only be female regardless of how they're bred.
Baby Kangaskhan's are purple too, ha!

I absolutely adore Cubone and do agree that it is and most likely was...meant to be baby Kangaskhan. I'm sure at the last second they altered it XD Because it is said to wear it's mother skull which is odd because marrowak is also wearing a skull...makes me think that something was changed.
