This is Beck Meldoph, the second member of Grant's gang "The Feds," and Grant's friend since primary school. He's an African Penguin. (You know the penguins in the zoo? Odds are those are African Penguins.) Although he usually serves as the getaway driver, he's also known for creating diversions, along with various hospitable skills - he's an EXCELLENT talker, and can serve as a bartender, waiter, etc.
In this pic, I tried to draw him leaning back on something, but whatever that something was, it's not in the picture. Maybe a lamp-post or something.
