Question for you, did you like the series or the movie better?

Ha! Tough one, because they couldn't be MORE different. I mean, Lydia HATES Betelgeuse in the movie, but seems to have a crush on him in the show. Lydia also HATES Delia in the movie, but affectionately refers to her as 'mother' in the show. Barbara and Adam are replaced with Jauqes (sp?) and that spider (who's name escapes me, for some reason.) The movie was based on slightly gothic humor, while the entirity of the show is based on bad puns and fluffy scenes.

They are two completely seperate entities, and I can not judge them together. However, if someone asked me to either watch the movie or the show, I would pick the show because I haven't seen all the episodes yet, while I have MEMORIZED the movie.

That is a really good answer. I'm gunna buy the show if it ever comes out on DVD. It's been so many years and I miss it.
