As a Sumo teacher i have to keep in mind about my own exercises as well. so what do you do?
Go out.
Find a nice spot.
Clean it from mountains.
Stretch up frpm your lazy sleep and and slap your belly just to feel your rolls jiggle and Plaf!! you are ready!

I'd sumo wrestle you any day. ^..^ Though we'd have to find a vacant moon or something as a ring! There arn't many places big enough for just one of us, let alone both. :D

its a good idea for a friendly match :) but yeah, its imposible to find a suitable place to hanbdle both of us, even the vacant moon is so small!

I'm really happy with how you've done this pic DM, I like the large chest for one, and really how the belly oozes out like it does. It's a nice pic, definitely cool to see you playing with different body types.
