Somehow, I find it a surprise that Miyu would be better at wrestling than Krystal. Guess she had more training.

My personal interpretation of Miyu is that she's a bit of a tomboy, so she'd probably be into full-contact sports.

I think story-wise this could be an interesting illustration: Krystal has become too unfocused given her lack of direction (her disappearance from playable character in Star Fox Games in the last ... decade plus?), not to mention despite living as a Cornerian for many years she's still a Cerenian. The Bo-Staff Wielder has been sidelined by the Arwing/Blaster and feels her melee skills might have diminished. Wanting to help her bring back the inner Cerenian in her Fox decides to phone up some old friends of his to help. Lucy Hare and Amanda are not the physical types ... maybe future trainees? Fara Phoenix ... she's moved on and busy running the family business.
Unfortunately the street-tough Katt Monroe seems to be otherwise 'engaged' with other activities (Motorbiking, repairing her 'Cat Paw', or spending time with Falco). Suddenly it hit him to contact some old friends: Miyu Lynx (or Miyu Yamaneko? Some translations are kinda iffy.) and her friend Fay (Fay Spaniel?) Whilst unknown if Fay is the fighting type it's no surprise Miyu is, and she's itching to get in on some action (ever since Star Fox 2 was cancelled XD) and wants to measure up this 'Warrior Princess' Star Fox had recruited. Krystal is hoping to find her old 'self' again and get past the emotional trauma of losing her homeworld, the emotional turmoil of the 'Angler Emperor's Invasion', and the emotional frustration of not being promoted to the Super Smash Brothers' Fighting Roster (No worries, she can whip back into fighting shape as Fox pleads her case to the tournament higher-ups).

"I gotta say, Krys, even with a little 'ring rust' you know how to kick tail. Fox knows how to choose teammates."

"You're not bad either, Ms. Miyu, it's a shame you and Fay don't stick around. I love Fox, Peppy, and the others but it can get a bit lonely being the only woman. Katt's a bit of a loner, despite her desire to be with Falco."

"That's called 'Being Stubborn." Besides, now she's working with the Cornerian Forces 'officially' so they need Fay and I to keep an eye on her from time to time. Perhaps one day we'll return as official Star Fox Members ... give you and Fox a break."

"That's kind of you, Ms. Miyu. Thank You."

"No problem ... Mrs. McCloud."

"What!? We're not ... not yet, um ..."

"Not Yet?"

"Um ... uh ... Focus. Back to training!"

"You've been in this submission for minutes; why do you think we've been talking? You can't get out."
