Well I guess I should have done this awhile back considering people really tend to like this Lugia cop alot haha. Anyway its Gale again in one of these weird sketch things, maybe after work where he would't mind playing around to loosen up. And yea those white things around his fingers holding his boot sole up is suppose to represent his wind powers.
