This goblin's name is Fickle. He goes from being ecstatic and hyper to calm and mellow (or the other way around) in 0.1 seconds!

Goblins can see magic and know what artifacts are magical. In return, magic artifacts react to their prescence.
Ex: Attenuators will vibrate when they draw near, magic mirrors and scrying pools will reflect them (they're normally invisible when they want to be) and stuff like that.
