some rules:
the base is free so you may NOT sell the base. tho you can sell adopts and whatnot that you make with this base
you may use it for refs, adopts, etc.
you may edit the base however you like

the base comes with some options like different hairstyles, ears, tails and stuff.
if you want to use the exact same brush note me for brush details (i use paint tool sai2 and so called disney brush which reminds of a real pencil).
