I checked second set of characters yesterday. On her minimum, Nastasia/Nautilia is more powerful than Cyber Mantassin, Gerif the mindflayer, G-2/War Germ, Dehaka, Murvar and Zweihaka. On her maximum, she's additionally more powerful than Brakk, Dakrun, Glevig, Kraith, Slivan, Yagdra, Zurvan, Castanar's Protozerg and Maar. The weakest from this set is Gerif while the most powerful is Experimental Protozerg 523I. However he's almost four times weaker than Clolarion. From all, Lab Bot 1-X is still the weakest while Clolarion is still the most powerful.
