Known as the poor man’s Farrah Fawcett, Sandy was once a popular swimsuit model and budding actress from Australia during the late 1970s through 1980s. However, a few months after her second divorce, she would end up talking a lucrative swimsuit modeling job in Hawaii. During a break from one of her photo shoots, she became a target for a lone shark attack, but would end up being rescued by a fellow Aussie, a wereshark named Bruce who happened to be swimming in the area that rescued her. Returning her to land he ended up giving her CPR which while saved her life, but unfortunately (also surprisingly) also resulted in transmitting his wereshark curse onto her. Horrified by her new form, Sandy ran back into town in her panic and forced the MOOKs to come bring her into custody before her powers got out of hand.

Feeling sorry for what he had done, Bruce remained with Sandy helping her get use to being a wereshark, during which they would eventually fall in love and get married. While Sandy would be happy for the next two decades, raising the child they had together triggered something of a midlife crisis for her. She desired to become a model and movie star again, struggling to get back into the industry despite her age, relevance and being a wereshark. This caused her relationship to strain with Bruce, whom she felt was holding her back from re-obtaining her stardom, ending a mutual divorce and joint care of their daughter, Sydney.

Currently she is the owner of the Starseeker Talent Agency in Haven, and while she still desires to get back into the modeling and acting industry herself, she has switched gears slightly into making Sydney in the next premier monster girl model, regardless if her daughter even wants to or not.
