Sylvia Bernard, the self proclaimed queen of Fortuna, dressed up in her typical suit! No expenses spared on anything, she's a univerally known character and a magnanimous one. Funding hospitals, charities, and often holding grand events which attract visitors from star systems near and far! That perfect, practiced smile, the excellent posture and confident gesturing, always drawing the center of attention towards herself.
...wait, how does she afford all these expenses? There's something off about that smile...
