Ebonheart Pact Dragon Necklace
Here's something I wiped up in half a day.
Made with foam, jute string, and a bit of rigid metal.
And to top it all off, a 1p penny glued to the back of the dragon for weight. XD
Tools/materials used:
Sharp Exacto knife
Floor insulation foam
Jute string
1mm thick steel wire
Mutiple types of grit sand paper
Masking tape
Pencil
Marker pen
(Optional) 1p coin
Grit sandpaper ranged from rough to erase the manufactures foam marking and fine sand paper was used to clean up the edges and remove any lingering foam.
The masking tape was used as a drawing pad on the foam in which I sketched the dragon and once pleased, went over it with a fin marker pen.
I used the exacto knife as a saw for precision and to avoid tearing (the mouth was a bit difficult.)
And yes it may sound weird but I did use floor insulation foam, it's hard and it's about 4mm thick.
The jute string is self explanatory, its only purpose is to rap around your neck.
The 1mm thick steel wire which I salvaged form a bit of scrap fencing was used as a connection point between the dragon and the string.
Now I used a 1p coin (british coin for anyone who is not aware.) For a weight so that it doesnt blow around as much and give the string some tension, also feels like you are wearing a necklace.
