Okay so yes this was alot of intresting fun putting together.

The Regional Flags/Banners represent the 4 Sub-races of Uldra there are, each having their own sub-culture somewhat separate from the whole.

And then there are the 5 Houses, made up of members from all 4 regions who have come together to form a sort of unified Government that leads All Uldra in keeping order.

And Lastly the Order of Zmir who remains steadfastly Outside the realm of politics, religion and dose not govern anyone but their own members, Who are Taught to Maintain the Balance between life and death or suffer the same fate as that of Zelkos one time disciple who got turned into a pile of vermin for trying to raise an army of the dead and caused a plague to ravage the land 100s of years ago.

So there you have it. a complicated yet Unified whatchamacall it.
