now that I got time for an actual description
here's a shot of my scalesona at the apex of his leap, he's jumping from building to building....sortof...I even thought about a retarded background. as for how he can jump so high
so- their ancestors, having no wings anymore, started finding another way to catch their preys...they could've made weapons but FUCK THAT they said "hey wtf we're such useless hybrids now" so they started jumping through mountains to reach the top instead of flying and evolution did its work. now they have powerful legs that can make them jump pretty high. not the 50 feet kinda high but about 20 to 25 maximum, increased if they're wall jumping. it also made them run faster.
