It's Millie the Lovable Monster again, from Dell Comics's Millie the Lovable Monster #1. You remember her from my picture https://www.furaffinity.net/view/37771380/ a couple weeks ago. Inside front cover of https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=33910 where she's used to test whether the ice is safe to go skating. This page wasn't reprinted when the whole comic got reprinted a decade later; they used the space for advertising instead.

I like how the scarf came out. Also, motion lines! I have them. The scales are a lot of work but I enjoyed the rhythm I got into with them. So that's all pretty soothing.
