When it comes to ShellyKelly, they are always together due to the fact Kelly can only see/hear/etc what Shelly does. The farther apart they get from each other, the weaker that connection gets too, essentially leaving Kelly blind and deaf.
After learning from Flair about Gracey's "Headless Training" she decided she wanted to get some training done as well, to make herself more independent so the two sisters can separate and hang out with different people if they want to.
Here we have Kelly getting a crash course in her new training from Gracey, while Shelly is hanging out with Molley. Looks like they're having "Heads Only" time while reading a book, though seems Shelly can still feel Kelly's pain from that distance XD
