Speaking of Bill Holbrook, here's a badge he did for me at FWA 2004.

He was sitting next to a lady who was selling buttons so I asked her for a piece of her round paper she used for them. Bill drew my conbadge on it and I paid her to make it a button. It worked out very well and I'm surprised I was the first person that con to ask them to do that.
