Such a stunning color pallete and amaizing apperance can be created only by the amazing hands and the most creative, wild imagination that i can possibly know.
He is so otherworldly beautiful and strange that he instantly goes in memory and attracts the eyes with his beauty that oozes in every scale and detail of his design.
And this biolumiscent glow is absolutely amazing sight to behold and very mesmerizing trait of his look. It is clearly shows that he is a beast of magical or distant world where the light is scarse and darkness dwells more often.
You are truly amazing at drawing such incredible beasts. And Abram is a gem among them - like a far bright star in the skies.
