About
Reardon is a boisterous and larger than life figure, assured of his own skill and always chasing that next great victory. Quick to sing his own praises, to hear him tell it there's nothing worthwhile that he can't do, and if he can't do it then it's not worth doing.
Providing fire support with his electric-lance and taking the role of point-man for the team due to his durability and mobility, Don has a good head for tactics and many an opponent has been caught by surprise when he reveals his electronic warfare capability.
Reardon is always urging the crew to take bigger paydays and more extreme contracts in hopes of building up his reputation once more, knowing that the bigger the risk the more impressive the victory. Onboard the Vainglory he can be relied upon to keep the computer systems and software working above par, and calibrating them to a razors edge of finesse.
Backstory
Originally rising to fame in the armed combat coliseum circuit, Reardon made a name for himself with high risk high reward plays and a single-minded brutality towards his opponents with an eye for fighting smart with electronic counter measures over putting on a show. While this got him plenty of victories, soon enough his star started to fall as the crowds began to get bored with his battles. Edged out of the spotlight by fresher faces with a better head for putting on a show, Reardon soon found himself out of work and unable to support the lavish celebrations he had gotten used to between bouts.
With the debt collectors closing in and finding mercenary work morally repugnant, Don signed up with the Delvers and never looked back. Now he works on the Vainglory, recording his delves to be uploaded after heavy editing in an attempt to regain a bit of his stardom.
While his end goal is to reclaim stardom and rejoin the prize fighting circuit, Don would be the first to admit that he's started to like the simple authenticity of his contracts with the crew.
