This character is male and possibly thousands of years old. His eyes are always generating a hypnotic ring-like pattern.
"What's wrong? Tired? You seem to be dozing off... Oh, oh, is it my alluring voice? Sorry, but it does that... My eyes? Always spiraling...."
Zolam is an eastern dragon of unknown origins who has ridiculously powerful abilities of hypnosis. From his movements to his voice, staring at him and looking at these movements can easily put someone of lesser intelligence into a trance. Hell, even just thinking about him could nearly make you doze off. Thankfully he doesn't abuse this power for evil. But he doesn't use it for good all that much either, because he doesn't want to drag himself in into the cross fire of good vs evil. If anyone somehow upsets him, though, he WILL be sure to take full advantage of his hypnotic abilities.
