Meet my newest OC Preston! He’s a large and in charge gorilla that teaches ancient history and agricultural history. He used to be a circus strongman and acrobat until an accident took away his right arm. But thankfully he has a pretty nice replacement! Preston was drawn by Vhyena on Twitter.

It’s the first day of class, 8:00am sharp, and everyone is in their seats by the time class is supposed to begin. The teacher is late. But no one is ever late on the first day? There’s the usual joke that if class doesn’t start in fifteen minutes you’re allowed to leave, but you wouldn’t do that. This isn’t some freshman history class. This is an advanced course taught by a man of great stature in ancient history. But as you hear a deep thud outside the door, you quickly reassess how prolific this man’s stature really was.
Professor Preston Wright waddled in, a bag around his immense shoulders that made it look like a clutch in comparison. With each step his gut swayed back and forth like a wrecking ball, waiting for someone of smaller stature to have the misfortune to stand in front of it and be sent flying. And once the professor got to the blackboard, you could only assume he was writing his name as he took up the entire surface with his massive size.
“Good morning class,” he finally stated as he turned around, his stomach catching the side of his desk and sending it three feet in the opposite direction with a horrid SHRRK of wood against hardwood. He straightened his sweater vest and continued. “This is Ancient Agriculture 4509. Now, as we all know, food shaped history. And as such, food can shape your grade too.” He turns his gaze throughout the class and finally settles his warm, piercing stare on you. “If you ever feel your grades in danger, I have a culinary book of ancient recipes and how to replicate them. Bring enough for the class twice over, and I’ll give you extra credit.” The professor took his immense robotic right hand and patted his gut to reinforce where it would all be going, his mass bouncing up and down. And with a flourish, a new piece of chalk emerged from his prosthetic, and he began at the beginning of how grain shaped the world, and his waistline.
