While Sonajero is an excellent Maractus hunter, even successful lures and hypnosis can be undone by a heroic Maractus looking to save the victim, even if they're recently swallowed. The heroes can only succeed, however, if they know to hold their breath while up close so they don't get hypnotized and add on to Sonajero's Maracti meal for it. Even if they can defeat Sonajero and succeed in the rescue, the hypnosis doesn't cancel out by taking them away from him and takes time in fresh air for it to gradually wear off since the hypnotic scent is like a drug, so they'll just keep on dancing while awake in the meantime. At least the other maracti can be entertained by the dance at the same time. :meow: In this case, this female Maractus is saving her boyfriend from the sweet-smelling clutches of Sonajero, who was about to be lowered into his stomach. Boy is she glad that despite maintaining a grasp of the male Maractus the entire fight, he was eventually knocked out, freeing the Maractus he could have eaten. Because she was smart enough to hold her breath, she was able to get him away from him after the fight, though she was embarrased to find out that not even a fairy tale kiss would break the hypnosis and had to actually wait it out. Still glad that he's alive, though.
